Empowering pet shops, pet parents and ultimately pets! Our clients identified multiple aspects of how pet shops operate in the US that could be enhanced by deploying tech. They thought of building a platform for the pet shop they regularly visited, and ended up becoming a very powerful SaaS solution packed with features across all possible platforms - android, iOS and web. Not only could the pet shops manage their staff and appointments better, the users could book appointments for their pets on the fly with supported payment modes like cash, cards and crypto!

  • CRM
    The CRM element of the software lets grooming shop admins add their customers and pets. The software sends out email and SMS notifications to customers on their pets’ birthdays, for their pet vaccinations and about offers and discounts.
  • Staffing
    Staff management lets the admins add their staff members and create their work time-table. This flexible time-table allows admins to add holidays, lunch breaks and simultaneous servicing capacity. Features also include activity tracking and commissions.
  • Appointment Booking
    A unique and powerful algorithm that accounts staff availability, service duration and pet behaviour and assigns the best appointment slots available to multiple pets on the fly.
  • Accounting
    Pet Commander does your accounting as well! We built an invoicing system that is as flexible as it gets for all services ala carte. Plus, you get to see consolidated statistics of how your business is doing in terms of profitability.Pet Commander does your accounting as well!   • Personalized URLs
    Each shop has its own URL that is either a sub-domain with the shop name or the domain that the shop owns.
  • Appointments
    Customers can book appointments on a click of a button and then view status updates for each of their active appointments. Past appointments can also be viewed along with the related services and transactions.
  • Wallet And Online Payments
    There is an integrated Stripe Payment Gateway that allows customers to make online payments for their appointments. Each customer can also holds credits in their wallets that can be redeemed for making these payments. Customers get to view all their transactions, both wallet and online, at a glance.
  • Crypto Payments
    Customers can also pay for appointments using crypto currency like Bitcoin, Etherium, etc.
  • Digital Contracts
    This feature shows contract details and the statuses of each of the customer’s pets. If a contract has expired, customer can digitally sign a new one from the portal.

We took complete ownership of how the product features and workflows are aligned with the business logic and decided the path of development.

We developed the look and feel of the web platforms (customer facing portal and admin panel), built the backend API, designed the database structure and integrated the three.

Technical support

We deployed the system on AWS platform, configured AWS according to the scalability needs of the client and took care of the glitches within 24 hours of them showing up.
